The Role

An established Luxury kitchen manufacturing business is looking to recruit an ambitious Sales Manager as part of its long-term succession planning.

The business operates supplying kitchens into the residential sector, working with clients, developers, and Interior Designers supplying high-end kitchens to private clients, where service, presentation and relationship management are equally important.

This isn't simply a role for somebody to manage a sales pipeline. The successful person will work closely with the existing Director, initially learning the business before progressively taking greater responsibility for the sales function. The intention is that, subject to performance and development, they will be capable of stepping into the senior sales leadership role within approximately two years.
