Graduate Manufacturing Engineer - Lean & Hydraulics

Bosch Rexroth AG in Glenrothes, Scotland, hosts a 18–24 month Graduate Specialist Program in Manufacturing Engineering. The program rotates you through specialist departments at the plant and abroad, pairing you with mentors and experts to gain hands-on manufacturing and hydraulics experience.

You will build deep expertise, engage in value stream and Lean initiatives, and prepare for a permanent role after rotation.
