Youll receive structured training and work alongside experienced consultants, learning the full executive search process. Your role will include: Researching markets and identifying high-calibre individuals Approaching and engaging senior professionals Building relationships with candidates over the long term Working closely with clients to understand their requirements Supporting live executive searches Developing your own network and industry expertise Progressing towards managing your own searches and client relationships Who they want
This opportunity is aimed at graduates who have
high academic standards and high personal standards . Youll ideally have graduated from a leading university and be able to demonstrate: Strong academic achievement Excellent verbal and written communication Confidence and presence Commercial awareness Ambition and competitiveness A strong work ethic Resilience and determination Previous recruitment experience isn't required.
