The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive hands-on training while building your own specialist market. You'll be responsible for: Building relationships with clients across the Finance, FinTech and Technology sectors.
Sourcing, interviewing and managing high-calibre candidates.
Developing new business opportunities and growing client accounts.
Managing the full recruitment process from initial brief through to offer stage.
Becoming a trusted market specialist within your niche.
Negotiating offers and delivering an exceptional client and candidate experience.
What We're Looking For
Russell Group graduate
(2:1 or above preferred).
Strong academic background with evidence of achievement.
Competitive, ambitious and financially motivated.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Resilient with a strong work ethic.
Commercially aware and confident building relationships.
Looking for a long-term career with rapid progression.
What's On Offer
£27,000-£30,000 basic salary.
Uncapped commission with realistic first-year earnings of £40-50,000
Industry-leading training and mentoring.
Regular incentives including lunch clubs, holidays and team socials.
Modern Central London offices.
