We're now growing our internal Graduate SDR team. It's a small, tight-knit team led by Kyle Gallagher - Prime's Sales Director and first ever hire - with a genuine track record of fast progression already: one of the current SDRs was promoted to Senior SDR after just 11 months. We're looking for someone who wants to follow the same path. What's on offer: £26,000 basic salary, £35,000 OTE - uncapped commission from day one Promotion opportunities from as early as 6 months Prime Sales Academy training, weekly leadership sessions, and 1-2-1 coaching Quarterly target-hitting lunches at Manchester's top restaurants Company trips abroad - Budapest, Lisbon, Dublin, Berlin, and Dubrovnik Free gym membership and daily breakfast Fully stocked drinks fridge and a 3pm Friday finish Team incentives and regular socials - darts, bowling, meals out and more 21st floor office at Manchester One Portland Street The Role: As one of Prime's first SDRs, you'll source and contact prospects via calls, LinkedIn, email, and video - engaging VPs, Heads of Sales, and CEOs, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for Prime's divisional leaders across Manchester, UK regions, and the US. You'll build your personal brand on LinkedIn and manage your pipeline through CRM. No experience required - full training provided. Training & Development: You'll be coached directly by Kyle Gallagher, Sales Director, with ongoing support from the founders, weekly leadership sessions through the Prime Sales Academy, and cross-divisional exposure from day one.
