In this role, you will support pupils both academically and pastorally, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment for all students. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to deliver targeted 1:1 interventions, support small group learning, and assist pupils who require additional support with their learning, confidence, or behaviour.
