Grounds Maintenance Keeper | Grounds Maintenance Operative | Grounds Maintenance Worker £26,500-£28,700 per annum | Full-Time | 37 Hours per Week | Permanent | 31 Days' Holiday | Friday 1pm Finish Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Keeper to join a team responsible for maintaining a number of sites and community facilities within the town. This is a varied, hands-on role involving grounds maintenance, cleaning, basic building maintenance and outdoor site inspections. The successful candidate will work across various locations, helping to keep facilities clean, safe and well maintained. The role is physically demanding and involves working outdoors in all weather conditions. A full UK driving licence is essential, as you'll be required to drive vehicles and operate ride-on equipment at various locations. The hours will be confirmed at interview but will include participation in a weekend and bank holiday rota to cover safety checks at outdoor sites. You may also be required to work additional hours on rare occasions for large-scale events. What We Offer £26,500-£28,700 per annum. Permanent position. Full-time, 37 hours per week.
