Groundworker / 360 Excavator Operator – Hemel Hempstead We are currently recruiting an experienced Groundworker / 360 Excavator Operator for a residential project in Hemel Hempstead. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking operative looking for an immediate start on a 5-week project or longer. About the Role You will be responsible for: * Carrying out a variety of groundwork duties * Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently when required * Drainage installation and associated groundwork * Preparing and constructing a new driveway * Assisting with all aspects of a house extension project * Working closely with the site team while maintaining high standards of workmanship * Following all health & safety regulations on site Requirements ✔ Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket (preferred) ✔ Proven experience in both groundworks and 360 excavator operation ✔ Experience with drainage and residential groundwork projects ✔ Full PPE ✔ References available from previous employers ✔ Reliable, punctual, and hardworking ✔ Calm, polite, and professional attitude with good communication skills ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✔ Available to start on Monday What We Offer ✔ Immediate start ✔ 5 weeks of work ✔ Weekly pay ✔ Competitive rates ✔ Friendly and supportive working environment ✔ Residential project in Hemel Hempstead Interested?
