Group Head of Talent & Leadership Strategy

Arriva is seeking a Group Head of Talent to define and deliver a cohesive, group-wide talent agenda across Europe, aligning leadership development, succession planning and early careers with the long-term business strategy. This is a hybrid role with offices in London or Sunderland.
