The Opportunity

Robert Half is partnering with a well-established and growing organisation to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong qualified accountant to join a collaborative finance team, leading the financial reporting function while managing and developing a small team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the month-end reporting process, management accounts, balance sheet integrity, statutory reporting support and financial controls. You'll also play a key role in driving continuous improvement, strengthening reporting processes and partnering with senior stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight.

This position offers a broad and varied remit, combining technical accounting, team leadership and business partnering within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
