Group Sales Strategy Leader

Taylor Wimpey is seeking a Group Sales Director to provide strategic sales leadership from Central Functions, partnering with Business Unit MDs, Sales Directors and Group functions to drive sales performance and customer experience across the BU structure.

The role supports the delivery of Group trading objectives by strengthening sales effectiveness, forecast discipline and digital adoption within a federated operating model.
