You'll be part of a small but experienced growing team, helping deliver high-quality crops across a large-scale glasshouse operation. Day to day, you'll be: Monitoring crop health and quality Managing pest and disease programmes Working with biological controls and modern growing techniques Supporting peat-free production systems Assisting with irrigation and environmental management Helping optimise crop performance and plant quality Working closely with production and wider nursery teams This is a hands-on growing role where you'll be encouraged to contribute ideas and continuously improve the crop. What do I need? A background in commercial horticulture production Strong technical growing knowledge Experience with pest & disease management and biological controls Understanding of modern commercial production systems A proactive, solutions-focused approach PA1 and PA6 What's next?
