Growth & Brand Director – FMCG Food

Lord Search & Selection is seeking a Head of Marketing for a fast-growing FMCG food business in the East Midlands. You will define and deliver the overall marketing strategy, own the brand vision and lead a talented team to accelerate growth across product categories.

You will lead long-term brand building and short-term commercial activation, overseeing the full marketing mix, including consumer marketing, digital, PR, and shopper activation.
