Looking for a marketing role where you're directly accountable for commercial growth, not just campaigns?

We're partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS business looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own activity across new business acquisition, customer growth and retention.

The role

• Build inbound and outbound campaigns that generate qualified pipeline
• Partner closely with Sales & Customer Success to drive ARR, retention and expansion
• Develop ABM and targeted account campaigns
• Create customer lifecycle, nurture and cross-sell programmes
• Support product launches and GTM activity
• Own HubSpot automation, segmentation and reporting
• Track what matters: pipeline, conversion, ARR, NRR and churn
• Use AI and automation to improve marketing effectiveness

You'll ideally bring

• Strong B2B SaaS marketing experience
• Hands-on demand generation / growth marketing
• Experience across both inbound and outbound
