Guest Experience Lead - F&B & Reservations

ASIA GRAND PTE. LTD. is seeking a front-of-house professional to manage reservations, greet guests, and ensure smooth service at the reception.

You will handle bookings and table assignments, welcome customers, and direct them to seating areas, while maintaining accurate guest records and addressing inquiries. Responsibilities include coordinating with staff on reservations, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring payments are collected prior to departure.
