Guest Room Allocation Specialist: Seamless VIP Arrivals

The Celtic Collection is seeking a Rooms Allocation Coordinator for The Celtic Manor Resort, Newport. You will coordinate guest room allocations, manage guest preferences and VIP arrivals, and work with Housekeeping and Reservations to ensure flawless arrivals.

Ideal candidates have guest-facing experience, excellent written and spoken communication, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency with MS Office and hotel systems is preferred.
