Guest Services Lead — Front Desk & Concierge

EL DEVELOPMENT (VENTURES) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Guest Services Executive to focus on customer service and foster relationships with other departments.

The role covers front desk operations, guest check-in/check-out, and concierge duties to ensure guests’ needs are met from arrival through departure. You will respond to guest feedback, manage room status with housekeeping, and assist with upselling opportunities while maintaining strict privacy and SOP adherence.
