Guest Services Specialist - Hospitality & Guest Experience

Meldrum House Hotel is seeking a Guest Services Assistant to join our Front Office team. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, respond to enquiries, and provide information about facilities and the local area.

This role requires a warm, professional approach, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You’ll work closely with housekeeping and other departments to ensure memorable stays for guests.
