Hands-On Deputy Store Manager

Jollyes Pets in Dunfermline is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead on the shop floor, support the Store Manager, and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.

You will manage daily KPIs, support stock deliveries, and help maximise turnover and gross margin while maintaining high standards of pet care and safety.

This full-time role is 40 hours across 5 days, with a salary of £28,038–£28,500 p.a. plus bonus potential up to £2k.
