We are currently seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for permanent placement thereafter. As a Handyman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities and equipment to ensure their optimal functionality.
Key Responsibilities of the successful Handyman:
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address any issues promptly.
- Perform basic plumbing and drainage maintenance tasks as needed.
- Undertake decorating tasks, including filling, sanding, and painting, to maintain the appearance of our premises.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from site staff and address any reported issues efficiently.
- Install, repair, and maintain fixtures, appliances, and basic equipment to ensure they operate effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders and invoices.
Requirements for the successful Handyman:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
