Handyman / Maintenance Operative
to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role that supports the day-to-day upkeep of our production facility and office areas. They're looking for someone who is proactive, takes pride in their work, and is happy to turn their hand to a range of maintenance and housekeeping tasks. Key Responsibilities Carry out general handyman and maintenance duties. Painting and basic decorating. Use power and hand tools safely and effectively. Perform minor repairs and maintenance in the production area and offices. Assemble, install, and repair fixtures and equipment as required. Keep work areas safe, tidy, and well maintained. Support general cleaning duties, including cleaning office areas, kitchens, and toilets. Report maintenance issues that require specialist attention. What They're Looking For; Previous experience in a handyman, maintenance, or facilities role is preferred. Confident using power tools and carrying out basic repairs. Practical, reliable, and able to work independently. Good attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude. Willingness to carry out both maintenance and cleaning duties as part of the role. Awareness of health and safety practices. What They Offer; Full-time, permanent position. Monday to Friday working hours
