Handyman Location: Battersea and surrounding areas Salary: £30,000 £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 6:00pm Job Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP We are currently recruiting for an experienced Handyman to join our client, carrying out responsive maintenance and refurbishment works across a portfolio of private residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and multi-skilled individual looking for a permanent position with a varied workload. No two days are the same, with work ranging from day-to-day maintenance repairs through to kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. Duties Will Include: General responsive maintenance within residential properties Carpentry and joinery including fitting kitchens, doors, laminate flooring and partition walls Painting and decorating Wall and floor tiling Basic domestic plumbing including replacing taps, toilets and sinks Basic electrical work including replacing sockets, switches, light fittings, extractor fans and appliances Preparing vacant properties for new tenants Minor refurbishment works including kitchens, bathrooms and full property redecoration Diagnosing maintenance issues and completing repairs to a high standard Working independently whilst managing your own workload effectively Requirements: Previous experience as a Handyman, Multi Trader or Multi-Skilled Operative Strong all-round knowledge across multiple trades Ability to work independently and use your own initiative Good problem-solving skills Professional and customer-focused approach Full UK Driving Licence (Essential) Relevant trade qualifications are advantageous but not essential What's on Offer: £30,000 £32,000 per annum depending on experience Permanent, full-time position Monday to Friday working hours Stable, long-term opportunity Varied work across private residential properties Supportive working environment If interested, please apply and if more information required call Sam.
