Be part of a transformative journey and make a real impact today! What youll do No two days are the same One day you may be supporting a customer with a Hap workbook within a service the next day you may be doing the same out in the community enjoying a coffee at the same time.

You will be working with Customers from a whole range of backgrounds, some with complex support requirements so every day will be different and may not go as you planned.

If you do find yourself with some spare time you will be promoting the HAP, calling potential customers and promoting Home Achievement Program with relevant external agencies.

Being proactive and ensuring that all customers engaged have clear and achievable expectations for submitting completed workbooks and clear guidance for future involvement with the HAP.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

The ability to monitor your own and learner's performance.

Suitable learner Qualifications preferred but not essential.

You'll work Monday to Friday with flexible working hours when needed, managing your own diary.

Hybrid role based from Eastlands Peterborough.

You need an Enhanced with barring list / Standard / Basic DBS check (we pay).
