Our client is a well-established landscaping and garden design company delivering high-quality gardens designed to stand the test of time. Their work ranges from porcelain patios and bespoke oak structures to more complex groundworks and full garden transformations. They take real pride in what they do and the standard of finish they deliver on every project.
They are looking for an experienced Hard Landscaping Site Foreman who leads by example, cares about doing things properly, and takes genuine pride in their work. You will be joining a team where quality is always the priority.

Role details:
Location: Akeman Street, OX25 3JQ
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Summary of role:
As a Hard Landscaping Foreman, you will be responsible for leading the team on site and keeping projects running smoothly day to day. Its a hands-on role, making sure work is done properly, on time, and to a high standard.
You will organise the team, keep things on track, and lead by example to deliver quality results on every project.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising and leading landscaping teams on-site
Managing day-to-day operations of hard landscaping projects
Reading and working from plans and technical drawings
Organising materials, deliveries, and site logistics
Ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard
Carrying out and overseeing, paving and porcelain installation.
Brickwork and blockwork
Decking and fencing
Retaining walls and steps
Groundworks and drainage, setting out levels and foundations
Maintaining health & safety standards on-site
Liaising professionally with clients, designers, and management
About You
Experienced hard landscaper with strong leadership skills
Experience with premium landscaping being great but not essential
Strong knowledge of paving, porcelain, brickwork, decking, drainage, and groundworks
Reliable, professional, and well organised
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Ability to maintain high standards and meet project deadlines
Confident in supporting, managing, and leading a workforc
Requirements:
Previous hard landscaping experience
Strong managerial and leadership skills
Full UK driving licence
Must be able to speak good English
