Salary: £38,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience) Working Hours 12:00 pm 8:00 pm Full-time position (weekend availability required) Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the kitchen.

Prepare and serve high-quality traditional pub food and classic daily roasts and full Sunday roast menu.
Develop and maintain seasonal menus while ensuring consistency and excellent presentation.
Manage food ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships.
Maintain food margins and minimise waste.
Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and HACCP regulations.
Train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
Work closely with management to deliver an outstanding dining experience for customers.
Requirements Previous experience as a Head Chef.
Strong knowledge of traditional British pub cuisine.
Confidence in preparing and serving high-volume Sunday roasts.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum).
A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
