Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a beautifully appointed country inn with rooms, set in the heart of the Cotswolds. • £44,000 to £45,000 per annum plus circa £9,000 service charge

The Ideal Head Chef Will Have

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or an experienced Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a successful kitchen team
• Experience delivering consistently high standards in a busy fresh food environment
• A calm, organised approach and a commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences
