Head Chef / Kitchen Manager

Overview

As the Head Chef you will report into the General Manager and will be challenged with delivering a consistent food proposition at the highest level for both large and small functions as well as a more brassiere style environment. You will have control of budgets and will ensure business targets are met.

Who we're looking for

You will currently be operating as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef within a Hotel. You will have experience in operating within a volume environment and have a track record of delivering consistency in service and standards. You will manage all aspects of the kitchen whilst achieving key business targets.
