Head Chef

Up to £35,000 | Full-Time | 52 Weeks Per Year We're recruiting for a Head Chef to lead the catering operation at a prestigious independent school in Bristol. This Head Chef position offers daytime hours, 5 days per week, predominantly Monday to Friday, with only occasional weekend work for events. The role is contracted for 52 weeks per year and is not term-time only or pro rata. We are looking for an experienced Head Chef, but we would also love to hear from ambitious Sous Chefs or Senior Chefs who are ready to step into their first Head Chef role. The Role Lead and develop the kitchen team Deliver nutritious, high-quality meals for students and staff Create menus catering for a range of dietary requirements Manage kitchen operations, food standards, and compliance Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards About You Previous experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Senior Chef Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent knowledge of food safety and nutrition Passion for delivering outstanding food and service This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef or an aspiring Head Chef to join a highly regarded school and enjoy a great work-life balance alongside a salary of up to £35,000.
