We are looking for an experienced, passionate and commercially minded Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a vibrant and stylish modern British brasserie in North West London .

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Head Chef who combines strong culinary skills with excellent leadership and a genuine passion for seasonal British cooking. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the kitchen, working closely with the senior management team to develop a fresh, appealing food offering while maintaining consistently high standards across every service.

The Role

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the overall running of the kitchen, from menu development and supplier relationships through to team leadership, food quality and financial performance.
