An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a well-established, food-led Modern British brasserie located just outside North West London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a quality-driven business, working with exceptional seasonal British produce in a kitchen operating at 12 AA Rosette standard.

The Role

As Head Chef, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading and developing a passionate brigade while maintaining consistently high food standards. You'll work closely with senior management to drive menu development, operational excellence and commercial performance.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Head Chef within a quality fresh food restaurant.
• Strong background in Modern British cuisine.
• Experience within a Rosette-standard kitchen would be highly beneficial.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong understanding of GP, labour management and stock control.
• Passion for seasonal, ingredient-led cooking.
• Full right to work in the UK.
