MCG Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading care home to recruit an experienced Head Chef looking for a role that offers genuine work-life balance without compromising on food quality.
This is a fantastic opportunity to leave behind late nights and split shifts while continuing to produce restaurant-standard food. Working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm, you'll create fresh, nutritious and beautifully presented meals for around 100 elderly residents, making a real difference through exceptional dining experiences.
The Role As Head Chef, you'll have complete ownership of your kitchen, leading your team while designing seasonal, nutritious menus that combine flavour, presentation and nutritional excellence. This is far more than traditional care home catering—our client believes every resident deserves delicious, freshly prepared meals served to the highest standards.
