Head Housekeeper

Head Housekeeper required for a prestigious hotel located in the outer Swanley, Kent, area. What’s on offer: * £32,000 / per annum * Share of the service charge monthly * Parking on site * Meals on duty About the role: As Head Housekeeper, you will be confident managing a team in a busy hotel environment. You will be organised, hands-on and be able to maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and guest service. Who we’re looking for: * A hands-on leader who leads by example * Highly organised, with the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced, customer focused environment * Confident communicator * Flexible approach, particularly during busy periods * Proven experience in a housekeeping management or supervisory role within a hotel or similar environment * A strong eye for detail and a passion for high standards Key Responsibilities: * Lead, motivate and develop a small, dedicated housekeeping team * Ensure all bedrooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards * Ensure that arrival rooms are ready for guest check-in at 3p.m. * Manage stock, linen and cleaning supplies efficiently * Implement and maintain cleaning schedules and procedures * Carry out regular quality checks and ensure compliance with health & safety standards * Create a positive, supportive team culture focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences What’s on offer: * £32,000 / per annum / 40 hour week * Share of the service charge * Parking on site * Meals on duty * Uniform * Other company benefits How to Apply: Please apply with an up to date copy of your Curriculum Vitae.
