Head of AI‑Native FP&A & Strategic Finance

Napier AI is seeking a Head of FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, reporting and decision support, reporting to the CFO. You will rebuild the finance function with an AI‑native approach and establish a forward‑looking engine to support Napier’s growth plans.

You will own budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning, drive AI‑driven modelling, and partner with senior leaders across Product, GTM, Sales and Engineering to enable commercial decision making and financial discipline.
