Head of Beverage — Lead Large-Scale Event & F&B Operations

Sodexo Live! at Royal Ascot seeks a Head of Beverage to own beverage operations across racedays, conferences and major events.

You will manage purchasing, forecasting, stock security, labour planning and financial controls for a high‑profile operation with multiple venues and outlets. You will lead Cellar Managers and Stock Controller, drive improvements, and partner with Hospitality, Retail and Finance teams to ensure service excellence and compliance.
