Head of Beverage, Royal Ascot Events | Lead Beverage Ops

Sodexo Live! at Ascot Racecourse is seeking a Head of Beverage to lead the beverage operation across Royal Ascot, racedays, conferences and major external events.

You will manage purchasing, forecasting, stock control and labour budgets, driving performance across a high-profile, multi-venue beverage operation with up to 30 fine dining restaurants, 215 private boxes and 150 retail units.
