Our client is seeking a Head of Bids to lead their pre-construction team, securing major social housing contracts through competitive tenders and key frameworks.As a leading Main Contractor in the social housing sector, they specialize in Decent Homes projects.

Working across frameworks and direct tenders, you will play a critical role in shaping their bid strategy, ensuring compelling submissions that drive growth and long-term partnerships with housing associations and local authorities.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the bid team to secure major framework and project opportunities.

Oversee bid strategy, ensuring alignment with Decent Homes and social housing regulations.

Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand priorities and deliver winning proposals.

Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to showcase our expertise and value.What Theyre Looking For:Proven experience in bid manager and bid management within social housing, refurbishment, or new build.

Strong understanding of frameworks.

Ability to lead high-quality, compliant, and competitive bids from concept to submission. xwzovoh
