Pulsant, a leading UK data centre and digital infrastructure platform, is seeking a Head of Business Change to drive transformation across the business. Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer and supported by a small team, the role owns the BC agenda and delivers priority transformation initiatives aligned to strategy.

This leader will influence prioritisation, manage competing stakeholder demands, and embed a culture of meaningful, sustained business change across Pulsant.
