Business Studies/Computer Science Degree or equivalent qualifications
Evidence of continuing professional development
Ability to use assessment, tracking and student level data to raise standards ofachievement.
Evidence of successful teaching across the 11-16 range and ability range
Ability to teach Computer Science across KS3, KS4 and KS5 and BusinessStudies across KS4 and KS5
Demonstrate a sound understanding of the qualities of good teaching andeffective learning and how these can be applied to raise student attainment
Demonstrate an understanding of the effective planning and delivery of abalanced curriculum.
Ability to demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and proven experience ofteaching across the key stages.

We are seeking an exceptional and ambitious teacher to lead ourComputer Science and Business Studies Department from January 2027.
This is anexciting opportunity for an experienced middle leader or a talentedteacher ready to take the next step into leadership. The successfulcandidate will teach Computer Science across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5and Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5, while leadingcurriculum development, teaching and learning, assessment, andenrichment across both subject areas. This is a unique opportunityto shape the future direction and profile of Computer Science andBusiness within the College, inspiring students and colleagues toachieve the highest standards.
