Head of Campus Maintenance & Facilities Ops

The University of Warwick is seeking a Head of Maintenance Operations to lead the Estates - Maintenance team and ensure safe, compliant operation of all university buildings, systems and infrastructure. The role covers reactive, planned and statutory maintenance with 24/7 on-call duty and scope for in-house or outsourced delivery where appropriate.

The post requires delivering robust maintenance policies, managing budgets, and developing operational plans for campus-wide maintenance across all
