Head of Careers & Pathways Innovation

RNN Group's Head of Careers and Progressions will bridge education and employment across cross-campus roles in Rotherham and Worksop, modernising careers strategies to ensure every student understands their next steps into sustainable, paid work.

You will lead the Work Placement, Careers and IPS teams, develop employer partnerships, and drive local skills initiatives while supporting students with SEND and NEETs. The role advances Gatsby Benchmark excellence and FE/HE inspections readiness.
