Head of Centre — Lead Music & Youth Empowerment (Douglas)

Sistema Scotland is seeking a dynamic leader to guide the Big Noise Douglas programme on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work with the team, local community and partners to ensure the model reaches more Douglas families and youngsters through music and relationship-based practice.

You will contribute to the organisation’s strategy with a focus on tackling inequality and promoting inclusive opportunities.
