Head of Chemistry – 12-Month FTC, Lead 20-Strong Lab Team

Pertemps Network Group is seeking an experienced Head of Chemistry for a 12-month maternity cover based in Kettering. You will lead a multidisciplinary chemistry function of around 20 professionals, ensuring high-quality testing services while driving commercial growth.

You will provide strategic and operational leadership across the division, overseeing UKAS-accredited activities, regulatory compliance and ongoing development of technical capabilities, including GC-MS, HPLC and LC-MS.
