Head of Chemistry — Strategic Lab Leadership & Growth

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Head of Chemistry in Kettering, Northamptonshire. This full‑time, site‑based role leads a multidisciplinary laboratory team of around 20 professionals, driving strategic direction, technical excellence and commercial growth.

The position is a 12‑month maternity cover with a 37.5 hour workweek and a competitive benefits package. You will oversee quality systems, manage client relationships and ensure high‑quality testing services across the division, in a
