Head of Client Experience & Engagement

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Client Experience lead to turn the firmwide vision into actionable priorities, measurable outcomes and optimized ways of working. You will drive client engagement and loyalty by embedding CX capabilities across listening and buyer engagement.

You will translate client insights into strategic actions, collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful business impact in a large enterprise environment.
