Head of Commercial

• Must live in the South West area (I.e Bristol/Gloucestershire/Herefordshire/Worcestershire)
• Hybrid working (2 days a week onsite)
• £100-£115k Salary + £7k car allowance + Bonus + Healthcare + Matched pension and more.

We're searching for a exciting role on behalf of a food manufacturing company in the South West area!

This role will manage across functions: Sales, NPD and Marketing.

The business supply products to Retail, Foodservice & Export customers.

• We're looking for experience in FMCG food/drink - with good exposure to brand management, NPD, as well as sales. (Ideal Levels: Commercial Director, Head of Commercial, Controller, Senior Sales roles, Head of Marketing)
• This business offer both Branded & own-label products so the successful candidate needs to have experience with both.
• Strategic with excellent communication skills.
• Strong management skills and ability to drive, coach and mentor teams.
• Energetic, ambitious and driven.
