The company has been operating for over 20 years and has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality fit-out and extension projects across the commercial, retail, hospitality and industrial sectors, with projects ranging in value from £1 million to £15 million. They are now looking to expand their commercial new build presence within the construction sector and are searching for a Head of Construction to lead and develop this department. This role would suit a senior construction professional who has a strong commercial new build background, such as an existing Head of Construction, Construction Director, Project Director, or experienced Contracts Manager who is looking to step up and lead and support the growth of the new build department within the business.
