Head of Construction - Multi-Site Residential Homes

Potensis seeks a Head of Construction to lead operational delivery for a portfolio of around a dozen live residential developments across the Essex patch. You will drive safety, programme, cost control, and quality, providing leadership to Contracts Managers and site teams.

You will build high-performing teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
