Head of Culinary — Multi-site Luxury Food & Hospitality

Daylesford Organic is seeking a Head of Culinary to shape the culinary vision across our venues, cookery school and hospitality operations. This role entails leading menus, driving operational excellence and delivering outstanding guest experiences from the Cotswolds to London.

You will work closely with senior leadership to maintain Daylesford's organic philosophy, quality standards and commercial performance, while developing talent and ensuring regulatory compliance.
