Head of Customer Insight & Strategy

Dunelm is seeking a Head of Customer Insight to lead the new function for this £2b omnichannel retail business. You will work with the Chief Customer Officer and guide a team of analysts and researchers to turn customer data into strategic decision making across marketing, trading, propositions and stores.

You will define the insight strategy, balance internal capabilities with external providers, and embed customer understanding into planning and experience design.
