Head of Customer Onboarding & Relations

Workwell Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Head of Customer Relations & Onboarding to lead the end‑to‑end customer journey from Sales handover through implementation and into a trusted ongoing relationship.

You will oversee Onboarding and Customer Relations across brands, ensure smooth transitions to BAU, monitor satisfaction, collaborate with Sales and Operations, and develop the team to deliver outstanding service.
